楊丞琳上周六結束「為愛啟程」馬來西亞演唱會，返台即投入拍廣告，在豔陽下工作，一有空檔就揉肚子減緩生理痛。

楊丞琳續約超商代言，據悉以500萬元酬勞推廣鮮食系列，前天到北投拍廣告，頂著正午高溫，鏡頭前笑容甜美、活力十足，但導演一喊卡，她立刻躲樹蔭下休息。原來正逢生理期，腹部劇痛。雖工作辛苦，但楊丞琳自我解嘲，因為上周末剛結束馬來西亞演唱會，她笑說：「幸好這時才生理期，慶幸沒在大馬血崩，否則就是血染雲頂了。」

這是楊丞琳上半年繼機車、保養品等第10支廣告，粗估兩岸三地的代言已破8000萬元。

楊丞琳還為「Marie Claire 美麗佳人」拍封面，受訪時表示還不想結婚，但媽媽對她說：「可以抱妳的小孩就好啦。」都裝沒聽見。最近看到化妝師籌備婚禮忙得焦頭爛額，讓她對結婚退避三舍，「這比從小巨蛋12樓吊鋼絲跳下來，還需要更大的勇氣。」
