未離婚可以遷戶口嗎

當然可以遷戶口,只是妳要遷回婆家要經戶長同意,簽同意書可能要多跑一趟,方便的話<應是妳父母吧>帶著去較方便,雙方身份證印章記得帶,改戶籍,身分證也會換過.
現在電腦連線,不帶原戶籍謄本可以直接銷戶.不過會被問未帶原因,如果沒把握,先去戶政事務所問一下.
離婚是一生大事,可得考慮清楚,以免後悔.或與先生商量暫時分居讓雙方冷靜一陣子,也許可以滿意解決,如果自行遷戶口並離家出走,恐怕妳娘家會不得安寧吧!
