林志玲每年愛心年曆讓粉絲爭著收藏，2014年諧音「愛你一世」，年曆預購至今已超過7600位朋友獻愛心，拍攝花絮裡林志玲穿低胸禮服在巴黎鐵塔前扭腰擺臀，胸前波濤洶湧十分誘人，林志玲笑說不是故做性感，實在是天氣太冷了。

林志玲遠赴巴黎拍攝2014年曆，換穿多套不同風情的服裝，也帶粉絲親訪旅遊名勝，分享巴黎的人文藝術氣息。一本399元的年曆，能讓偏鄉課後照顧的孩子，吃到一整個禮拜的晚餐，或獲得上課所需要的文具。

林志玲在巴黎拍攝時氣溫不到10度，想到孩子吃飽或收到文具的笑容，她的心就溫暖了起來。

中秋節將至，林志玲特別提醒基金會同仁，要關心平常協助的兒少機構孩子們的需要，因此基金會12日到嘉義腦性麻痺協會以及雲林台西教會兒童課後照顧中心，購買協會庇護工廠的月餅，捐贈月餅禮盒、點心給孩子，並讓每個孩子都可以拿著月餅回家，與家人分享。
