工作8天薪資算法?

公司薪水是一個月底薪2萬+全勤1000=21000
上班到現在是請假2天(所以沒全勤了)
遇到休假日3天(隔周休)
實際有打卡天數是八天
請問這樣如果先不扣勞健保..那我實際可領多少?

合約書上是有寫若任職未滿一個月..則星期例假日無給薪
因為看到比我剛進公司不到一個月的同事的薪資條
他上個月中去上班 也沒滿一個月(這樣有算全勤嗎?)...
用他領到的薪資去除實際上班天數(實際天數15天)
再除以扣除休息時間的實際工作時間(9.5-1.5=8)
結果薪水沒扣勞健保算一算時薪竟然只有79點多?!
這樣是可以的嗎?我們怎麼算都算不出來這個數字?!

希望對勞基法比較懂的人能教教我....若是這樣是違法的...我也可以幫我同事爭取
我們付出時間和精神不是要去給人剝削的!!!
