保護文創產業 法國擬課網路稅

（中央社台北2013年5月14日綜合外電報導）法國政府考慮對智慧型手機與平板電腦課徵「網路稅」，以籌募數百萬歐元經費，支持數位文化內容創作。

「每日郵報」報導，有關單位昨天將提案交給總統歐蘭德（Francois Hollande），將矛頭對準谷歌（Google）、蘋果公司（Apple）與亞馬遜（Amazon）等公司，連網裝置銷售時，將課徵1%的稅金。

預料這種稅1年可徵得8600萬歐元，將用來補助文化產業創作音樂、照片與影音等法國媒體內容。

法國正在推動「法國文化獨一無二」的政策，上述提案是其中一部分，目的在保護法國電影、音樂與其他創意產業，對抗美國等其他國家的競爭。

法國政府接下來數週將會見文化界重要人物，之後再做決定。
