《國際產業》三星促專利開發，擬10年投資1.5兆韓元

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】韓國時報報導，三星集團周一宣布將創立三星未來科技基金會，未來十年共將投資1.5兆韓元（約13.4億美元）協助南韓發展新世代技術專利。

三星集團表示，新基金會將專注於新材料、硬體與產業融合等相關科技的開發，開發者將完全擁有專利，三星僅聚焦於支持技術與研發人員創造實質利潤。「這個基金會將邀請更多南韓中小企業加入，他們有專利，但財務可能面臨問題，符合資格的研究人員將取得與世界知名學者合作的機會。」

儘管已經稱霸全球智慧型手機、電視、晶片與面板市場，三星為了使用半導體、顯示器與軟體專利，仍須付出巨額權利金。
