《國際社會》日東北發生規模5.9地震，震央福島外海

【時報-台北電】日本氣象廳表示，日本東北今日於日本時間14：48(台灣時間13：48)發生芮氏規模5.9地震，震央在福島縣外海，惟並無引發海嘯風險。

東京電力公司福島第一、第二核電廠人員正在檢查廠房是否有受到地震影響。
