個人目前正在服替代役...
今年3月25日入伍,是第一批開放常備役直接以一般資格申請服替代役
但我希望能以家庭因素回自己的戶籍地(新北市土城)服役,並能返家住宿...
因為我剛好看到去年條文有修改...
有放寬家庭因素服替代役條件...
以我的家庭成員與狀況如下,有無符合申請條件,過的機會大嗎...
爺爺(今年80歲,還算健康)
奶奶(今年78歲,有一點高血壓)
大伯(今年55歲,算健康,分居狀態,戶籍地在桃園)
叔叔(今年46歲,有精神分裂症,領有中度身心障礙)
爸爸(今年51歲,算健康)
媽媽(今年50歲,算健康,跟我同住,但戶籍地在高雄)
姊姊(今年26歲,健康)
我(今年24歲,健康)
