我的錢被處理事的人污了我可以提告嗎

明國87年我姊姊安置的靈骨塔倒榻.姊姊的骨灰不翼而飛.當時廟方要賠償250萬給我家5個人.父母.哥.二解及我.可是我與二姐當時人在國外.哥哥找他3個朋友去處理.但處理完哥哥3個朋友一仁卻各拿40萬.我與二姐卻一毛錢都沒拿到.現在我已回來可以告他們侵占嗎?還有廟方要我把姊姊的空骨灰罈移走.我是否可向廟方要回當年買靈骨塔位的錢?拜託專業人士幫幫我.謝謝
