想請教一下大家,如果業餘球隊在學校操場的跑道中間草皮打棒球比賽時,一個界外球打傷旁邊籃球場打籃球的人,試問如果對方提告時,責任歸屬是屬於者個球隊嗎?或是打擊者?還是丟出刁鑽球路的投手?還是配球的捕手呢?又如果棒球飛出學校圍牆,打當路過機車騎士,問題歸屬也是一樣嗎?謝謝
