《國際產業》收購社群新星Tumblr，傳雅虎董事會過關

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】華爾街日報引述消息人士報導，雅虎董事會上周五已經通過一項投資案，將以11億美元現金收購部落格與社群網站經營公司Tumblr，雅虎最快可能在周一正式宣布。

這次收購將成為執行長梅爾（Marissa Mayer）自去年7月接掌雅虎以來，所經手規模最大的一件投資案。Tumblr是目前經營最成功的網路新興公司之一，在自家網站首頁上號稱擁有1.08億個部落格，貼文數達到507億則。

目前尚不清楚Tumblr董事會是否已通過此項收購案。雅虎拒絕就此消息發表評論，Tumblr則未回應記者詢問。
