以海洋為主題的西餐設計套餐請大大幫我想想!!

我要設計整套的菜單

開胃菜 - 沙拉 - 湯 - 主菜 - 甜點 - 飲料共六道

我想以海洋為主題

我有想到一些像是海鮮.沙灘.海星.螃蟹.薄荷的方式入菜

沙灘可以用顏色.薄荷則是有種海洋清涼的感覺
其他我沒想到的也可以發揮你們的創意告訴我喔~~

最讓我頭痛的是甜點和飲料
甜點不知道怎麼做還有海洋的感覺
還有飲料我想做藍色的較能顯現海洋的籃
但找了很多資料都沒有合適的如果有薄荷的也行但不可以用酒當材料之一
請大大幫我想想!!
