欠錢不還問題一堆...急

網路認識的(詳細不多說,因為要追求他所以才借錢給他)

跟他要錢問題就一堆,懷疑是不是被騙 請問網友:

只有交易明細.匯款單.交易紀錄.銀行帳號.電話 可以提出告訴嗎?

主要是想把錢要回來,但是不知地址無法寄存證信函

有考慮是否提出刑事詐欺,又怕他所說的事情是事實

請告知有效的答案,不要.複製文章或張貼廣告...........奉上20點
