公司未給年假 且有時業績獎金會少給該如何申訴

從事服飾業且是知名連鎖企業有勞健保滿一年 但公司卻沒給年假 也未轉年假未放所該給付的薪資 有時業績獎金還少給 加班費未按勞基法給付該如何申訴 主要是年假的問題 可請幫忙嗎 謝謝
