小弟我第一次在外租屋~(為利買房找房的空窗期)
有些問題想請教各位先進大大~
小弟承租未滿一個月~
除先期繳納兩個月押金外~連同第一個月的租金也付給房東~
並簽訂一年約~(含水費、簡易衣廚、木桌、古董電視、兩光單門冰箱、髒到不行床墊等)
才租第二天~發現冰箱不會冷壞了~老婆說床太髒請房東收走了也未換新~古董電視太小太老也請房東收走~這些問題反應給房東聽~只願意來個推拖拉~僅願意把髒的壞的收走~冰箱說要修要等房東有空~搞得一肚子氣~最後自掏腰包買了新的兩門冰箱、32吋的液晶電視、新的床墊~
近期找到心儀的房子了~簽約期大概一個月~
現在問題來了~
1.押金的定義及功能?
2.若小弟不繳房租~並於近期一個月內搬走~可以押金來扣繳嗎?需負什麼法律責任嗎?
煩請大大解惑~10點火速奉上~
