健保(眷屬加保問題)

員工3/22到職加健保,4/20離職退保------>本單位支付3月份健保費無異議
問題是:員工4/5提出要加保眷屬三名,故4/5加保眷屬,於4/20跟著員工退保
這樣子本單位有被健保局扣到4月份眷屬的健保費嗎?(等於眷屬是當月轉出又轉入)

因為這個員工回來要求我們單位須支付三月份眷屬的健保費
我知道健保是算進不算出的,如果以這個規則來算的話本單位不就要幫眷屬付3.4月的健保費了??

所以本單位是需要支付的嗎?
