因用孩子的名義起訴.跟孩子的母親要扶養費.孩子的母親開庭時法官問說她的工作收入.孩子的母親公然說謊.故意騙說常放無薪假且要付房租.有工作時收入約1萬....等
使我信以為真.簽調解筆錄每月母親給孩子5000元扶養費.
孩子的母親其實每月工作收入2萬多以上.卻開庭時裝窮.使孩子的爸爸答應和解只要到每月5仟的扶養費.
這樣孩子的媽媽說謊算詐欺嗎?
或是有觸犯其他法條?
若民事庭說謊不算詐欺.那大家開庭時都可以說謊?
