美國為何不將台灣交給中華民國或中國?

條約或協議是受到國際法保護及承認的約定文件

所以有關台灣主權的合法條約.只有在戰勝國美國制定的舊金山合約裡

確實登載[日本放棄]台灣澎湖.沒有任何˙[收受國].

依據國際法.佔領權國美國可以讓台灣獨立或回歸日本.只能這2種選擇

請問美國為何不在舊金山合約中註明[台灣的收受國].??

是因為國際法不容許美國將台灣交給[不相干]的第三國嗎?

美國守法正義的行為有沒有遭受有心人士的抗議譴責?
