勞工組織：越年輕人失業嚴重

（中央社記者方沛清河內2013年5月13日專電）國際勞工組織（ILO）最新報告顯示，越南年輕人口失業率嚴重，全國1/2失業人口年齡介於15至24歲，且約有400萬年輕人（占年輕人總數的53%）工作不穩定。

越南「經濟時報」今天報導引述國際勞工組織駐越人員表示，這一情況顯示，越南工作環境惡化，待遇不公平、安全性低的工作大幅增加，而年輕人無法就業，導致貧窮增高。

報導指出，雖然企業需求員工，但是「人找工」仍然困難；越南每年平均約100萬年輕人加入勞動市場，但是找到滿意工作與長久待在同一工作崗位的員工很少見，尤其是女性勞工。

胡志明市勞動市場資訊與人力需求預報中心調查結果顯示，每年約有2000名大學畢業生找不到專業工作。

報導指出，越南應擴大國家就業培訓機制，一方面符合業者需求，另一方面提高年輕人就業機會；同時改善業者競爭力、簡化行政手續和提供財政協助，讓中小型企業發展擴大，創造更多就業機會。
