土地糾紛
我們家土地是共業的
對方要擴大道路
他好像有找另外共業的人談
調解委員會沒有去
也沒有簽名
結果被法院判決要讓地
有要拆到我家鐵皮屋...
請問有沒有辦法重新調解
或補救的方法
