繼承問題及辦理方式

我外婆的母親過世前留了一塊地~名下是我外婆的母親的!!
我外婆都兄弟姊妹都不在人世~但有後代子孫~
外婆的母親權狀都在我外婆手上~
外婆現已年老~要我們快點幫他辦理過戶到他的名下~
但卡在好像外婆的兄弟姊妹所生其子女好像也有繼承權??
重點我外婆的母親我生的小孩只剩我外婆~
想問的是~可以不用顧慮外婆死去的兄弟姊妹的後代ㄇ?
該怎麼辦理~~比較簡單~
外婆以年紀大~想快點完成他的交代~~
