戒治費可以分期還嗎

最近才收到一張有關戒治費用的執行單 目前我沒有工作 而且我單親家庭 沒有人可以幫上忙 有的是說不用繳 他欠很久了 可是我也不知道有欠戒治費的事 將近三萬元 這些錢我不知要怎麼來 我不跟人借錢的
我目前還是靠失業補助來撐著 錢數不多 至少可以讓我找到工作 才會有收入的啊 請問這筆錢我該如何處理 他給我十天的時間回覆 請懂得法律的朋友指點迷津 謝謝
