懷孕生育給付問題

生產後出院時請醫院開立生產證明書
請領生育給付，應檢具下列書據證件：
（一)勞工保險生育給付申請書及給付收據(跟公司承辦人領取)。
（二)嬰兒出生證明書(出院當天跟醫院申請)或載有生母及嬰兒姓名、出生年
月日、身分證統一編號專欄記事之戶籍謄本

如果是留職停薪原則公司不能停保,但還是要與公司溝通好才不會發生無法申請生育給付的問題.

續保期間的費用必須先繳給公司,在留職停薪表格內需填寫清楚需要續保.
