《國際金融》黑田：有信心遏制債市波動

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】日本央行總裁黑田東彥周五表示他有信心，央行將以靈活的市場操作遏制債市波動，並引導日本邁向穩定復甦。

黑田在一場研討會上表示，央行4月推出的積極貨幣激勵措施，對於實現2%通膨目標是必要且已足夠的行動，將透過直接影響借貸成本等各種管道刺激經濟成長。

在談及近來激烈震盪的日本金融市場，黑田特別強調日銀將透過市場操作並強化和市場參與者溝通，來穩定公債殖利率的決心。惟黑田表示，央行對股價或匯率沒有特定目標，而他不會針對每日波動發表評論。
