馬的政府官員127貪官搶領退休金國庫領走數億

【壹電視報導】現行公務人員撫卹條例有漏洞，不管公務員因涉貪遭判刑定讞或被監察院彈劾，只要再判刑或彈劾確定前一次退休，都可以領到全額退休金。根據銓敘部統計，2011年以前的13年中，總共有127位公務員因案判刑定讞順利退休，國庫因此支付數億元退休金。
