急>"<20點請問吸食未成年判保護管束期間成年再犯如何處分?

我女朋友 當時17未成年因吸食(安非他命) 而被判勒戒 (開庭沒到被通抓到又有驗一次)
之後 出來又開一次庭判保護管束
在保護管束期間女朋友 滿18了 之後有被驗到 (搖頭丸 . k他命)
觀護人把 我女朋友 案子丟到成年
有寄(成年偵查庭)單子傳喚我女朋友去開庭 只有一張 !! 因該是送一樣而已 !

請問您 : 我女朋友是18之後犯案 但還是在保護管束期間(還要去法院報到)
保護管束會被撤銷變入監執行三年嗎 ? 在加現在成年這條期刑會嗎? 還是 ? 分開 ?

(可是觀護人下次還是叫我女朋友去法院報到)

2 .之前未成年有紀錄 但在保護管束期間 18成年之後第一次抓到
會變判勒戒嗎 ? 還是罰金 ? 機率比較大 ?

拜託大大們' 給我女朋友正確答案 >"< 去面對
