屏東琉球漁船「廣大興28號」遭菲律賓公務船掃射，造成65歲船員洪石成身亡，漁船今天凌晨3時許返回屏東小琉球大福漁港。

廣大興28號船身彈痕累累，可想見火力強大，船上也載著洪石成的屍體，家屬看到後悲痛大哭。檢察官表示，子彈正面貫穿洪石成頸部，但進一步死因仍要調查。
