道路交通事故初步分析研判表上頭寫到

對方(汽車) 轉彎車未讓讓直行車
我方(機車) 涉嫌超速 (我騎4X左右)

根據道路交通安全規則第102條第1項第7款規定「轉彎車應讓直行車先行」，
也就是說直行車有優先權。

對方汽車也有損壞那麼我要負責嗎?
今天我媽連絡對方談和解時間

對方說我要賠他修車費1萬8
他要賠我修車費1萬7740

Q1:傷勢完全好再和解?
Q2:對方車子損壞我要負責?
